Refund Policy

1. Manual Verification MVP
Genius Prompts currently uses manual UPI verification. If you pay but access is not unlocked, contact us with your UPI reference number, plan, amount, and contact detail used at checkout.
2. Duplicate or Wrong Payments
If you accidentally pay twice or pay the wrong amount, contact us within 7 days. After verification, we may provide access, adjust the plan, or refund the extra amount.
3. Digital Product Access
Because this is a digital prompt-access product, refunds are generally not available after credits or unlimited access have been used, except where required by law or where there is a verified payment/access issue.
4. Failed or Pending UPI Payments
If your UPI app shows failed or pending payment, check your bank/UPI app first. We can only verify payments that are successfully credited to the UPI ID shown at checkout.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed manually to the original payer or agreed UPI ID. Bank and UPI timelines may vary.
